Returns
∙ Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email [sales@biopacksolutions.co.za] or call [+27 72 573 8762] within 30 days of receiving your standard item and within 7 days for customised items to request a return authorization.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds & Exchanges
– Refunds for standard products will be processed once we receive the returned items and they have been inspected. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
– Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a standard product, we will ship out your replacement item as soon as we receive the returned product.
– Custom Products: If your customized product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund after reviewing the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
– For standard products, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– For customized products, we will cover the return shipping cost if the item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
∙ If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
